About Me

Hi! I'm Erin, and this is my little blog.  I like to project an idea of maturity but deep down I am just a girly girl who loves everything pink, purple or sparkly.

A little about me:

I married my best friend back in 2012 and it has been an adventure ever since.  As if planning a wedding wasn't crazy enough we were also planning to move to our Country's Capital (Ottawa ON) which was 6 hours away from our friends and family (my baby sis was already living there so we weren't completely without family) and where we didn't have any jobs lined up.  But we thought the move would be the best career move we could make. Since moving here I have gotten a job I LOVE at a social/historical research firm and the hubs has done very well in his company.

If we're going to be friends you should know something’s about me:

           1.       The hubs and I have the same first name (Erin/Aaron) and yes it gets confusing at times.

           2.       I am not overly artistic so I like to "borrow" ideas from other places ie. pintrest, other blogs, the hubs etc (but I try and put my own spin on it)

           3.       I like baking, but I really want to be know for making amazing goodies that people request.

           4.       I worked really hard to get my career started and I LOVE what I do.

           5.       I want to someday be considered an expert in my field.

           6.       I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Starbucks (yup I'm a gold member) and sushi.

           7.       I am shameless addicted to reality TV (much to the annoyance of the hubs) 

           8.       I can't spell, seriously this blog will be littered with spelling mistakes, sorry.

           9.       I can't make decisions on simple things (I had to check all the fonts for the headers before I settled on the above, and there is a good chance I will change it a few times)

           10.    I have no idea how to actually be a grownup.

So there you have a few little things about me.  I hope you enjoy my blog which at its core is really just the tales, mistakes, miracles and creations of my every day life.
